Prodution process
1)Pattern making
We have our own pattern making workshop to guarantee the quality.
2)Sand cores making,pouring,heat treatment,machining and NDT
Most of the sand cores are made by silica sand.
The used silica sand can be recycled.
We will do the melting in middle night to save charge cost.
There will usually 4 days for normalizing and 3 day for tempering.
Our biggest heat treatment furnace size is 12m*8m*6m.
It is also the biggest size of castings we can make.
We have enough machining machine to do rough machining and finished machining.
But for main frames,we mostly supply them in rough machining.
