Russia is famous for pipe fittings.

We supplied the steel mold for OMK,NFT and so on.

All the castings should do UT and MT to guarantee the quality.

First, according to the process requirements of the engineer, 

we produce wooden models. 

According to the model, we make corresponding sand molds. 

We will use chorme ore sand on important position.

We only make the steel mold of punching tools for Russian market.

Russian has three main pipe manufacturer:TMK,OMK and so on.

We supplied carbon steel castings for OMK and some other pipe factory.

We have 3.5m to 10m vertical lathe for machining.

We also have two milling and boring center.

We can do the machining from rough machining to finished machining.

Our castings are always big,

we use wooden pattern and make the castings by sand casting method.

We will not use foam pattern,

it is not good for the quality.

We have a tracking paper for every casting,

it will show the production process and finished time.

When we do the UT and MT and who did it.

For the domestic customer,

if they found defects,we can send our person to repair it.

For foregin customer,

it is not convinient to send person to foregin countries.

We warmly welcome a third party inspection or customers' witness of UT and MT before shipment.

We supply large steel castings with low carbon or alloy steel from 3 tons to 150 tons per piece.

With a quick development,now we had supplied steel castings 6,000 tons per month.

We supply around 400pcs kiln tyres,170 sets of ring gears and 930pcs supporting rollers a year.

We also have rich experience of the castings for shipbuilding with 9 class certificate.

In 2018,we started to get orders from Russia for the stamps.

After the trial order,we make more and more stamps for our Russian customer.

The surface hardening is done by customers' themselves.

Most of the material is ZG270-500,

some foring ones is 5CrNiMo.

We do the test according to diffrent production step,

such as chemical composition,UT,MT and mechanical property.

In 2021,Haitai inspection and testing center got approval from CNAS.

Our company is near to Shanghai port and we can supply different packing according to customers' specification.
